I’ve done this remodeling thing for quit some time and now it’s time to share.
Below are some videos of a house that will take me into winter to complete. Love inside work. There is a fireplace too… just light me a fire get some coffee and go to it. It will be fun to see how it all turns out and if I can keep a close budget on it and make a profit for my company. Since the House is on Apple street, I will call it the Apple house.

Trailer remodel and repair.
In this post I remodel a trailer. I put in a new floor, fix doors, trim it out and get it ready to rent out. I show some of the proper and inexpensive ways to get the job done and the Landlord happy.
